Over the Counter drugs and Natural Health Products are temperature-controlled products, therefore our return policy includes mainly damaged or defective products, expired products, or products that caused adverse reactions (for which an adverse reaction report needs to be completed with a company representative).

Opened or used products, or any items marked as final sale are not returnable.
Regretfully, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of a shipping error by our fulfilment partners: order was not shipped, wrong product was shipped, or order arrived damaged.
We monitor customer return activity for abuse. Should we detect what we consider to be excessive return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that we will no longer accept returns from that customer.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment, i.e., credit card payment will be refunded to the original credit card.
Management may exercise discretion and reserve the right to decline a request for a refund at any time.
